Bark Friday Sale: Terms & Conditions
1. Offer period
The Bark Friday sale runs from 12:00am 07 November AEDT and ends 11:59pm AEDT Monday 30th November, or while stock lasts. Kazoo Pet Co. may extend, shorten or withdraw the sale at any time.
2. Discounts
- Discounts of 20% to 70% off apply sitewide on eligible products at kazoo.com.au. Discounted prices are shown on product pages and applied automatically at checkout.
- Discounts apply to online orders only.
3. Subscribe & Save stacking
The 20% Bark Friday discount can be stacked with the 15% Subscribe & Save discount on Squat Club litter. The offer applies to eligible Squat Club litter purchased through Subscribe & Save. The 15% Subscribe & Save discount continues to apply to future subscription orders at the standard rate, and the 20% Bark Friday discount applies to your first order placed during the sale period only.
4. Exclusions
- The new Christmas range is excluded from the Bark Friday sale.
- Gift cards are excluded.
- Except as stated in section 3, the sale cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions or offers.
5. Dispatch times
Due to high order volumes, orders placed during the sale period will be dispatched within approximately 5 to 7 business days, rather than our usual 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times are additional to dispatch times and depend on your location and the courier. We’ll email you tracking details once your order ships.
6. Final sale items
Some items are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty (see section 7). Final Sale items are clearly marked on the product page. Please check before purchasing.
7. Returns and your rights
Other items can be returned in line with our Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty goods or goods that don’t match their description.
8. Changes to these terms
Kazoo Pet Co. may change these terms and the sale offers at any time without notice. The terms in place at the time you place your order apply to your purchase.
9. General
By placing an order during the sale, you agree to these terms. Kazoo Pet Co. reserves the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected misuse of the offer, or stock unavailability, and will provide a full refund if this happens. Questions? Contact us at [email protected]
