Our returns process is run through Australia Post at your own cost.
To return your order, simply follow the steps here.
We will happily provide you with a full refund for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions. At this time Kazoo does not offer exchanges, but we will happily assist you in a return and placing a new order to receive the product you prefer.
- Item is not marked as Final Sale at time of purchase (you can find this at on the product page).
- Item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The item is unused and in its original condition (yes Barney, that means unchewed by you!)
- The item is in its original packaging and all original tags attached
- Any sealed products must be unopened with seal intact and in original packaging
- We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on edible pet treats
Please note, all items will be inspected on return and it remains at the discretion of Kazoo whether the item will be accepted for refund based on quality control.
