International shipping rates are calculated at check out.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship bulky items (such as large beds and cat furniture) to New Zealand - but you can find our products in all Animates stores.

Bulky, heavy items such as our Kitty Playground are not available for world-wide shipping through our website. 

Custom shipping options may be available for larger items to some countries. If you would like to find out more, please submit an enquiry via the contact form with your desired product(s) and delivery address, and we can provide a quote. 

Customs & Duties

Some countries may charge import duties and taxes or other random fees. The courier may also charge handling fees for processing your parcel through customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees. We recommend looking into what fees are applicable in your country before you order.
