How long do refunds take to process?Updated 20 days ago

Our Kazoo Krew will do their best to process your refund as soon as possible! Generally, returns are processed within one week of it arriving back at HQ. If you'd like to check on the progress of your return at any time, simply contact our friendly team. 

Please allow up to one week for refunds to arrive back in your bank account, although they're generally much faster!
