Eligibility 2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or older. 2.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its associated agencies, and any party involved in the development or administration of this Promotion are not eligible to enter. 2.3 Entrants must be present at, or have visited, the Kazoo stand at the Dog Lovers Festival Sydney to enter, unless otherwise stated.
How to Enter 3.1 To enter, participants must: (a) provide a valid email address (required); and (b) may optionally provide a mobile phone number, in order to opt in to receive marketing communications from Kazoo Pet Co. 3.2 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be void. 3.3 Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid. 3.4 By entering, entrants consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter and agree to the collection and use of their personal information as set out in Section 8 (Privacy) below. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time; doing so after the draw will not affect eligibility to receive the prize.
The Prize 4.1 There is one (1) prize, consisting of one $250 AUD Kazoo Prime Cuts gift voucher. 4.2 Total prize value: $250 AUD. 4.3 The voucher is redeemable online only at kazoo.com.au on Prime Cuts range products, and expires 3 years from the date of issue. 4.4 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. 4.5 Any unused voucher balance after the expiry date will be forfeited. 4.6 The voucher will be issued to the winner electronically to their supplied email address, or posted within Australia at no cost to the winner if a physical voucher is required.
Winner Selection and Notification 5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 7 September 2026. 5.2 The draw will take place online by the Kazoo marketing team. 5.3 The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw. 5.4 The winner must respond within 7 days of first being notified to claim their prize and confirm their delivery details. If the winner does not respond within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternate winner.
General Conditions 6.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if, for any reason, it is not capable of being conducted as planned, including due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 6.3 The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 6.4 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation in this Promotion or as a result of accepting the prize.
Consumer Guarantees Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on entrants under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
