My cat isn't scratching it's new post, what do I do?Updated 6 days ago

Cats can sometimes be a little selective with new furniture introductions, here are our top tips: 

• Place the scratch post close to something else they usually scratch (over time they'll scratch the post instead and you can gradually move it)
• Spray it with catnip spray/rub some catnip on it
• Use a toy like a laser pointer or wand toy to lead them up the pole
• Sometimes moving the furniture into a room or spot can reignite interest
