Craigdolls x Kazoo Cat Lovers Show Giveaway — Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Details

This promotion ("Promotion") is jointly conducted by Craigdolls (craigdolls.com) and Kazoo Pet Co. (kazoo.com.au) (together, the "Promoters").

• Promotion closes: 11:59pm AEST, 23 August 2026
• Winner drawn: 7 September 2026
• Winner announced: 7 September 2026, via email

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or older. 2.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters, their associated agencies, and any party involved in the development or administration of this Promotion are not eligible to enter. 2.3 Entrants must be present at, or have visited, the Craigdolls and/or Kazoo stand at the Cat Lovers Show Sydney to enter, unless otherwise stated.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter, participants must: (a) provide a valid email address (required); and (b) may optionally provide a mobile phone number, in order to opt in to receive marketing communications from Craigdolls and/or Kazoo Pet Co. 3.2 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be void. 3.3 Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid. 3.4 By entering, entrants consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoters and agree to the collection and use of their personal information as set out in Section 8 (Privacy) below. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time; doing so after the draw will not affect eligibility to receive the prize.

4. The Prize

4.1 There is one (1) prize, consisting of one Craigdolls cat tree. 4.2 The winner will be able to select their preferred colourway from: Charcoal, Sofa, or Cream, subject to stock availability at the time of redemption. If the winner's preferred colour is unavailable, the Promoters will offer the available alternative colour(s) or an equivalent-value substitute at the Promoters' discretion. 4.3 Total prize value: $289.95 AUD (approximate, inclusive of GST). 4.4 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 4.5 The prize will be shipped to the winner's supplied address within Australia at no cost to the winner. Delivery timeframes are subject to standard shipping conditions and stock availability.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 7 September 2026. 5.2 The draw will take place online by the Kazoo marketing team.. 5.3 The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw. 5.4 The winner must respond within 7 days of first being notified to claim their prize and confirm their preferred colour and delivery address. If the winner does not respond within this time, the Promoters reserve the right to draw an alternate winner.

6. General Conditions

6.1 The Promoters reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 6.2 The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if, for any reason, it is not capable of being conducted as planned, including due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control. 6.3 The Promoters' decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 6.4 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation in this Promotion or as a result of accepting the prize.

7. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on entrants under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

8. Privacy
